Payments

Group 1: Serviced apartments and Hotels

• Deposit of A$100.00 or as requested, required at the time of booking (if booked more than 90 days prior to arrival)

• Amount equal to two times the daily rate required if reservation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival

• Large group bookings (3 or more apartments/rooms): 15% of booking value required upon reservation and further 15% not less than 90 days before arrival

• Credit card payments will attract an additional 5% charge

Group 2: Private Apartments and Others

• Deposit of 50% required at the time of booking.

• Balance (or any amount as advised by us) is payable to the hosts on arrival, in cash.

• Credit card payments will attract an additional charge of 5% + $30.00.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation penalties apply as follows:

Group 1: Serviced Apartment Hotels

• More than 90 days before arrival - up to A$100 or 1st day's charge (whichever is the smaller)

• 90-31 days prior to arrival - 1st day's charge

• 30 -3 days prior to arrival - 15% of the booking value or the first 2 days' charge (whichever is the greater)

• Less than 3 days prior to arrival (or no show) - whole of deposit.

• Large group bookings (3 or more apartments/rooms):

  • Up to 90 days before arrival - either A$100 or 1st day's charge (whichever is the smaller)

  • Less than 90 days before arrival - whole of deposit

Group 2: Private Apartments and other

• More than 90 days before arrival - A$100.00

• 89-30 days prior - 25% of tariff

• Less than 30 days prior - if the apartment is re-let, the charge will be the difference between the re-letting value and the quote + $50.00. The maximum liability is the deposit value (usually 50% of the rate)

• Confirmation of arrival must be made no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
